The plan means to elaborate one innovative modality of e-learning (on the way to experimentation) faced to the constitution of a community of practical. In other words, the essential nodes of the model SCEGLI and the same reasons of its elaboration become the understood the e-book chapters, available on the Elios website. Here the final beneficiaries of the plan (any is their organization inside of the enterprise) can travel over again the sense of our proposal and to bring back gradually raised opinion, answering to the perceptive tests disseminated in the publication and to writing noted considerations out.

Therefore, exiting from the private dimension of the reading, everyone will be able to institute with the other customers a public and participated space. It will be able to pick the prevailing perception of those who face the same issues, to learn the point of view of the others, to place he same questions.

Various from a traditional book, the pages of a e-book concur in fact to conserve the traces of the dialogue among experts. And therefore they can give to evidence also to the outcomes of their reflection, features of elaborated and shared solutions, or of the “construction of sense” of the praxis in terms of competence and responsibility. Those traces can therefore meet in a new text, constituted from the contributions of those who will have given life to the community of practical.

The point of landing place (and not of departure) of the plan is not therefore the definition of professional figures whose competences are characterized from the same community of practical.
